Hello! I am a Mortgage professional based in London, Ontario dedicated to creating systems that are designed help my clients as best as possible. I am proud to be a member of BRX Mortgage, one of Canada’s fastest growing brokerages. More importantly, a brokerage that believes in agent success through providing a mortgage service superior to the rest. We are constantly working to better serve our clients. In this industry, I believe there is no success without providing clients with the upmost transparency, education, and the best solutions to their mortgage needs.
Our Mission
Our goal is to change the game. I’ve created systems that are designed to speed up the mortgage process, provide constant streams of communication and transparency, ease of use for all technical backgrounds, and a post-close system designed to engage clients with pertinent information about their home and their mortgage. I am not your typical mortgage agent. Clients continue to be amazed at how seamlessly we are able to get them to the finish line, and how well we keep the relationship going by constantly adding value. Clients are treated like family here, and we are fulling invested in their financial success.

Case Studies
In the process of one of our more recent clients purchase deals, they had initially gone to a bank (name withheld) to obtain financing to satisfy their condition of financing condition. After being left in the dark on the status of their financing, the bank finally came back to them and told them they’d need an extra 35k for their downpayment for the bank to give them their approval. Since this was not an option, these clients were referred out to us, 4 days from their condition of finance fulfilment date, on a Friday. Evening. Given the single business day to get this done, we did as much as we could over the weekend so they could satisfy that condition. Not only did we get the condition of finance fulfilled well before the deadline, we were able to get the clients a much better rate, the ability to make a lower down payment opening up equity from their existing property (being sold) to cover almost all closing costs, but we also were able to push up their timeline and get them moved in even sooner. A really happy family, and a super smooth, stress free process!
These clients were closing in on their renewal date, only to find out their rate would be nearly doubling, making their new payment far above their means. Along with 2 large car payments, a large amount of credit card debt, and a family of 4 to feed, Increased mortgage payments were the last thing they’d want to happen. Luckily, we stepped in at just the right time, and discovered some real opportunity to increase their cashflow. We were able to set them up with a new lender that had a much better rate than what they were being offered and consolidate some debt through bundling in a car payment and their credit card debts. They went from almost seeing their payments go over 7k per month, to just over 4k, which ended up being less than their payments before. It really is amazing what happens when clients sit down with someone who has their best interest in mind!
This was a very rewarding experience for everyone involved. These clients came to us with only 10 business days until their closing date, for a second home they agreed to purchase nearly 6 months prior to our meeting. Their initial plan was simple – Sell their investment properties, buy the new home mortgage free and pay out their mortgage on their existing home, wiping out all their debt completely. Well, their closing date was fast approaching, with no offers currently on either of their investment properties. They had been to the bank and two lenders before coming to us, with no luck on any financing, short or long term. We took the file in, and found them the perfect option that was far less expensive than anything else they had come across. They were able to put less than 5% down on a 1 million dollar home in a pinch with our solution, which was closed for 60 days after closing, and then open to be paid out, assuming an investment property had sold by then. We closed without a problem, and they ended up selling an investment property a couple days after closing, set to close 60 days later. They paid out the mortgage we set up for them in the shortest amount of time, and are now living mortgage free. By the way, when a property is signed with a condition of financing, that is meant to protect the buyers interest, in the event they cannot get financing by a specific date, they can back out of the deal and get their deposit back. This deal had no condition of financing, meaning the clients could have been sued if they didn’t have a financing option.
As someone who is self-employed, I understand more than any financial institution the goals of the self employed individual, which is to reduce their income far enough in order to avoid taxes. Well, this client went above and beyond to do this. Luckily, on the verge of their renewal which included a nice rate increase of nearly 2%, we were able to sit down and find a self-employed mortgage product, one that took into account gross income rather than net income. We have many great products specifically for self employed individuals, that covers nearly any situation you might be in. In the end, we were able to secure them a better rate, and in only 10 business days.
2025-2027 may be a time where homeowners experience some level of payment shock when they receive their renewal letter, but none like this. Since these clients were in a slightly risker mortgage product, the terms are typically less favourable than your typical A mortgage product. Upon renewal, they found their payment was going to more than double, and the principle portion would be razor thin, meaning most of their payment was not going to go toward paying down the home. We stepped in and got them a much more favourable rate. And, when calculated, would pay down more principle than they were initially paying. This is because unfortunaly, their first broker set them up with a mortgage product that had a 50 year amortization. Crazy, right? we not only reduced their payment, but cut their amortization down by 20 years. This was a massive improvement and saved the clients from likely having to sell their home.
Buying your first home is one of the most exciting milestones in a young couples life, but can come with uncertainties and a considerable level of stress. Our goal is to always alleviate this stress by working closely with first time buyers in not only finding the best mortgage product to maintain a certain level of cash flow, but create a long term plan that makes this endeavour a little less daunting. Luckily, the clients had found a property during a very low period for home prices, as well as a rate very similar to what most people would hope for. After all was said and done, the clients have a mortgage payment that is less than the average rent cost in their city, and a long term plan to build wealth and master their journey into home ownership, And we’ll be right there with them every step of the way.
The conversation around increased levels of consumer debt continues to circle in the mortgage space. Our focus is completely client centric, so our approach in any situation is finding the best way to increase cash flow in the short term, but also put them on a path to managing their debt. In this case, our clients were carrying tens of thousands of dollars in debt, a high mortgage payment, and beginning to live a lifestyle they could not afford, not to mention a family to feed and a retirement to think about. We stepped in and were able to create a plan to alleviate their highest interest debts and reduce their mortgage payment through a refinance with a new lender. The clients saw nearly $2000 in cashflow opened up every month, and are now attacking their debts.
